Window Tint Warranty
Shade Pro Window Tinting warrants all premium automotive window films against failure for as long as you own your vehicle. This comprehensive coverage ensures your peace of mind and protects your investment in superior heat rejection and UV protection.
Coverage Inclusions
- Adhesive Failure: Guaranteed against delamination and peeling.
- Color Stability: Guaranteed not to turn purple or fade over time.
- Bubbles: No formation of air pockets or blistering between film and glass.
- Manufacturer Defects: Full replacement for any verifiable material flaws.
Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the service. Coverage does not include damage caused by improper care, the use of abrasive cleaning agents, physical abuse, glass breakage, or normal wear such as seatbelt nicks or window track scratching. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt and warranty ID issued at the time of installation at our Conway facility.
Note: State laws regarding window tint darkness levels vary. Shade Pro is not responsible for any legal citations resulting from film shades selected by the customer that exceed local legal limits.

Paint Protection Film Warranty
10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, and staining. Our expert installation ensures wrapped edges that stay secure, providing the ultimate invisible shield for your vehicle’s factory finish.
Coverage Details
- Yellowing: Guaranteed against discoloration from environmental factors.
- Staining: Protected against harsh chemicals and organic matter.
- Cracking/Peeling: Guaranteed against structural failure of the film.
- Wrapped Edges: Expert bonding ensuring no lifting or intrusion.
Limitations and Exclusions
Warranty applies to the original owner and is attached to the vehicle identification number. Coverage is voided if the film is subjected to mechanical damage, collision, or inappropriate cleaning methods (e.g. pressure washing directly on edges). All claims must be validated at our facility with proof of original installation.
Note: PPF is designed to protect paint from rock chips and road debris. While extremely durable, it is not impenetrable to high-velocity impacts or physical damage exceeding material limitations.
